This Shipping Policy explains how MetroMotive processes and ships orders, including delivery timelines, shipping costs, and available shipping methods.

Orders are typically processed within 11–33 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
If we experience a high order volume, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay with your order.
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout and are based on your order’s weight and destination. Current domestic options include:
Economy: 55–88 business days
Standard: 33–44 business days
Economy (55–88 business days):
Orders 00 lb–55 lb: $4.90$4.90
Orders 55 lb–7070 lb: $19.90$19.90
Standard (33–44 business days):
Free standard shipping may be available at checkout for eligible orders
Orders 00 lb–11 lb: $6.90$6.90
Orders 11 lb–55 lb: $9.90$9.90
Note: The shipping option(s) available for your order will depend on your cart’s total weight and your delivery address, and will display at checkout.
We offer international shipping to many countries (including, for example, United Arab Emirates, Austria, and Australia). Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout depending on destination.
Current international options may include:
Standard International: 66–1212 business days (free where available at checkout)
DHL Express: carrier-calculated rates (supports prepaid duties where available)
USPS International: carrier-calculated rates (available services vary by destination)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by MetroMotive and may be due upon delivery unless prepaid duties are offered and selected at checkout (when available).
When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates can take 2424–4848 hours to appear after the label is created.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first.
