Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order is shipped, it can’t be changed or canceled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking when available).
I didn’t get my confirmation email—what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.

Yes, we ship across the United States.
How long does US shipping take?
US delivery estimates (after processing) are:
